Raid Failed

Types Of RAID failures

To summarize, RAID server often fails as a result of the following situations and frequently, a combination of them :

  • Malfunctioned Controller
  • Raid rebuild error or volume reconstruction problem
  • Missing RAID partition
  • Multiple disk failure in off-line state resulting in loss of RAID volume
  • Wrong replacement of good disk element belonging to a working raid volume
  • Power Surge
  • Data Deletion or reformat
  • Virus Attack
  • Loss of RAID configuration settings or system registry
  • Inadvertent reconfiguration of RAID volume
  • Loss of RAID disk access after system or application upgrade

Raid 6 Failed :
"There are 5 x 500GB drives. which were originally in a RAID 6 array on Intel SRCSATAWB controller. Controller died, all disks are working, I need to reconstruct the RAID 6."

Raid 5 Failed:
1) I had a raid 5 with 4 disks
2) while on vacation 1 disk failed and another had a i/o error
3) replaced faled drive and cleared i/o error and rebuilt raid.
4) only 1 of the 2 volumes rebuilt. Readi software would not rebuild the second volume.
5) restarted PC and windows started deleting lost chains.....
6) File on second volume are accessable but not complete Pictures with major artifacts.
7) connected drives to your software and only one volume is visable in th file view.

Raid Reconstruct:
I am trying to reconstruct a raid array that is NOT damaged. I have images of all 5 hard drives that comprise the array. I have tried every other raid recovery software I can find and none of them have worked.

Raid 5 Failed:
There are 5 drives in the Array, what happened was one drive went off line and the data was being re-checked (so the data should still be on it) then the controller glitches and decided that it would not recognise the array as RAID 5 but add one of the disks back as a Single RAID 0.

Raid 5 Failed:

I'm trying to perform a data recovery from a RAID-5. The RAID consists of 3 hard drives (72.8GB) forming the logical D drive on a Windows based HP server. After discussing the problem with HP support, it appears I have software problem. I think it's the partition table on the D drive.

That being said, I have WinHex (Specialist) installed and I've tried running a data recovery, but it seems I can only perform a file recovery by "type".

Is there a way to fix the partition table so that I can perform a data recovery by "name" with a RAID-5?

Raid 5 Failed:
Could you guarantee that your software will cover the data and raid 5 configuration for the following situation:

Server with three hard disk configured as RAID5.

The array has been deleted, and then creat new array and initialize it.

If your software can to recover our data and raid5 as you mentioned to recover Raid 5.
